我国食品加工企业风险管理体系研究

摘    要:文章总结了当前我国食品加工企业所面临的各种风险,根据全面风险管理原理设计了食品加工企业的风险管理体系,并对食品加工企业的发展模式和企业风险管理措施提出了建议:即企业家必须转变“好大喜功”的思维模式。倡导“精益求精”的制造文化理念;必须设计系统的风险管理流程,将战略风险管理、经营风险管理、财务风险管理、法律风险管理和研发风险管理集成起来。这样,我国的食品加工企业才能取信于民并取得成功。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the risks existing in Chinese food manufacturer. On the basis of integrative risk management principle the risk management system is designed and suggestions to the developing mode and risk management method of Chinese manufacturer is put forward: to change the idea of "Crave for Greatness and Success"; to advocate the culture of "Keep Improving"; to combine the management of strategic risk, management risk, financial risk, law risk and R&D risk together. Only in this way can we secure the Chinese food manufacturer and achieve success.
