干旱地区生态补偿制度建立的未来学研究

近年来,我国生态环境不断恶化,这一发展态势在干旱地区表现得更为明显.我国政府为了尽快改善生态环境,相继制定了一系列生态补偿政策.但由于没有针对干旱地区具体情况的专门补偿措施,所以在实际执行过程中相关利益人补偿得不到及时体现的现象时有发生.这些问题需要我们加以研究并且提出符合干旱地区自有特征以及未来发展状况的生态补偿制度,只有这样才能真正解决干旱地区目前的生态补偿困境,完善我国干旱地区未来学研究体系,实现兴利除弊.
