| Abstract: | The paper analyzes loss of morals and economic lawbreaking in the different development courses of different countries adopting market economy. It expounds the relationship between development and economic ethics. The author appeals that economic ethics and establishment of morality should be highlighted in the process of realizing the spirits of the 16th congress of CPC and strengthening the construction of socialist legal system. |
