| 摘 要： | 墨西哥作为新兴市场国家，经济发展潜力巨大，已成为各同贸易投资的对象。本文详细分析了近几年我国与墨西哥的贸易往来状况，墨西哥2008年的TBT通报情况以及墨西哥实施的技术性贸易措施体系，重点介绍了墨西哥国家标准体系概况和墨西哥NOM强制性认证体系。

| Abstract: | As an emerging market country and a huge potential for economic development, Mexico is becoming the object of trade and investment. This paper analyses the trade situations between Mexico and China, TBT notifications in 2008 and Mexican technical barriers to trade, and emphasizes the standard system and NOM mandatory certification system of Mexico. |
