| 摘 要： | 当前,由于社会环境的变迁,高等教育规模急剧扩大,我国的大学生心理健康教育面临严峻的挑战。这就要求我们要对大学心理健康的现状进行分析,构建大学生心理健康问题防御机制,从而为大学生心理健康成长创造良好的校园环境与社会环境。
