| Abstract: | This article starts with the actual situation of higher vocational education to discuss how to estab- lish the talent cultivating mode oriented by employment, and puts forwards a new train of thought about the reform of talent cultivating mode, that is to strengthen quality education and practical teaching, pay more attention to key work and set up the good example, promote employment rate and establish the talent cultivating mode with combi- nation of producing, studying and researching. |
