油田勘探开发决策中的技术创新能力评价进展研究

本文主要就我国国内目前石化类企业技术创新能力评价的研究现状进行分析和评述,重点在于对众多学者中比较有代表性的文章进行探讨,分别从石化类企业技术创新能力评价指标体系的构建和相关评价方法的选取上进行分析。研究表明,尽管石化类企业技术创新能力评价已有很多学者从不同角度进行了论述,但是这些研究大多只是从定性的角度分析,定量分析很少;大多只是进行了静态评价,动态评价几乎没有;真正将技术创新能力的分析和油田勘探开发决策有效结合上还存在很大不足;并且考虑到石化类企业的特性时,有些指标大多被忽视。

Technology innovative ability evaluation process research in oil field propect developing decision

This article analyzes and evaluate the cur rent petrochemical companies’ ability of technology creation, the key point in the articles analysis which have the representative right. And the article takes account of the evaluation system and the evaluation ways. The research expresses that many articles have the qualitative analysis, not the quantitative analy-sis. Only can be static evaluation, not the active e-valuation. When considering the character of the petrochemical companies, some indexes have been ne-glected.
