| 摘 要： | 资信评级在金融市场上扮演着越来越重要的角色,但金融危机的爆发再一次证明了资信评级业利益冲突的原因所在.因投资者利益与筹资者利益的对抗、收费模式的变更及松散的外部监管引发了资信评级的利益冲突.利用混合策略博弈模型,分析影响评级业利益冲突的因素后,得出应从监管者和评级机构方面着手,化解资信评级业利益冲突的结论.

| Abstract: | Credit rating is playing an increasingly important role in financial markets, but the outbreak of financial conflict of credit rating. By using mixed strategy game model, an analysis is made on the influencing factors for the interest conflict in credit rating industry, drawing a conclusion that it＇ s necessary to begin with regulators and rating agencies to resolve the interest conflict in credit rating industry. |
