| Abstract: | The low-carbon economy has become the mainstream of the times, and it is an inevitable choice for China to implement the scientific outlook on development, to transform economic growth mode, and to achieve sustainable development. Through a study of the investment and financing system for low-carbon economy in the United King- dom and the United States, and an analysis on their policy experiences, the paper indicates some implications which help improve the investment and financing system for low-carbon economy in China. |
