浅谈高职学院职业指导中存在的问题及对策分析

因为心理健康教育和职业规划教育等方面存在的不足,导致高职毕业生在就业过程中存在职业目标模糊、就业期望值偏高、就业后不安心工作等问题,文章针对以上方面存在的不足,从心理教育、职业规划教育、学生管理等方面进行分析,以此对学生进行引导和教育,从而提高学生面对社会竞争的能力。

The discussion on the higher institute of vocational guidance problems and solutions

The deficiencies exists in mental health education and career planning, leads to the problems of fuzzy career goals, high expectations for employmen, work distraction and so on. Based on the above gaps,this paper analyzed from the aspect of psychological education, vocational education planning, management students and so on. As to guide and education the students, thus enhanced the student community in the face of competition.
