韩资企业在华的本土化问题

摘    要:随着韩国对中国投资的逐年增加,中国已经成为韩国最主要的海外市场.韩国企业的主要特点是家族式经营,强调集团主义精神,强调重教任贤,重视名份和体面,强烈的年功序列意识,勤勉的劳动意识,重视血缘、地缘、学缘等特殊关系.这些特点对韩国的企业发展作用重大,但在中国市场上由于文化背景、价值观念、思维方式、沟通交流、管理经营方式、用人策略等方面的差异却与中国文化产生了冲突.所以加强对双方文化的学习,进行跨文化的培训,管理人员本土化,采取对华亲善策略等是解决之道.

Abstract:With the investment from Korea rising in recent years,China has been the main over-sea market of Korea.The main features of Korea enterprises are operated by clan,and stress the spirit of group,education and peoples of talent,a person's status.They have the consciousness of delight,ties of blood and such relationships.All of these characteristics have made great influence to the development of Korea enterprise.Nevertheless,because of the difference in culture background,values,mode of administration and operation,method of making use of personal,there are some contradictions.Therefore,both sides should improve learning each culture,choose the local people to be the administrator,Korea should implement the policy of to be friendly with China.
