| 摘 要： | 战略变化就是组织通过变化以实现其基本目标的最基本资源配置及其环境交互协同地随着时间在形式、特性或状态上的变化。本文对战略变化研究的内容学派和过程学派的主要观点、理论模型及研究不足进行了比较研究．以期为我国企业保持和提高在越来越动态化和复杂化的国际一体化经济环境中的核心竞争力提供理论借鉴。

| Abstract: | Strategic change is change of form, character or state with time of organizations to realize their basic targets of the most basic source allocation and alternate environment via change. This paper comparatively studies main opinions, theory models and deficiency of content school and process school of strategic change study, to supply theory reference for China' s enterprises to maintain and raise their core competitive power in international environment which is more dynamic and more complicate. |
