| 摘 要： | 铁路在西部大开发中发挥着基础骨干和先导性作用。总结西部大开发战略实施以来铁路发展成就,认为铁路运输在西部经济社会发展中发挥了保障作用,但也存在瓶颈制约,结合深入实施西部大开发战略的要求,探讨＂十二五＂期间加快西部铁路发展的总体思路和发展重点。
