出口退税调整对福建省外贸出口影响的实证分析

2006年和2007年我国大幅度下调出口退税率,给福建省外贸出口和行业发展带来了明显的影响。福建省企业要根据出口退税政策调整导向,顺势而为,适时地调整产品结构;充分挖掘企业内部空间,降低成本和费用;通过提高产品的附加值来提高出口商品的销售价格,增强国际议价能力;同时积极拓展国内外市场,发展多种贸易形式。

Empirical Analysis on the Influences of the Adjustment of Expod Tax Rebate on Fu-jian's Foreign Trade Exportation

In 2006 and 2007,export rebate rate has been reduced by a large margin,which causes striking unfavorable influence on Fu-jian foreign trade exportation and the industrial development.In this situation,Fu-jian enterprises should follow the policy and optimize product mix,endeavor to reduce the cost,maintain or raise product's sales price and its competitive capability through added value.In the mean time,they should strive to diversify their trades to expand domestic and foreign markets.
