| 摘 要： | 企业国际竞争的现实表明,企业制度因素及其国际差异构成了企业国际竞争力主要决定因素之一。引入数据分析的方法从我国造船企业的劳动力要素配置效率、研发效率两个方面,分析制度因素对我国造船企业国际竞争力的影响作用,并进行实证研究,具有一定的创新性和较强的实用价值。

| Abstract: | In international competition,the regulatory aspect and its international differentiation constitute a major component of international competitiveness.The paper analyzes the influence of the regulatory environment on international competitiveness of domestic shipbuilding enterprises from two aspects,the efficiency of labor deployment and R&D.The practices prove that this research should be of feasible and innovative value. |
