国有保险公司人才流失原因和对策分析

摘    要:国有保险公司由于市场竞争加剧,保险人才流失现象较为严重,而人才严重流失将导致国有保险公司导致业务发展的停滞,效益水平的下滑,甚至导致公司的生存危机。因此保险公司人才流失对策研究具有现实和战略意义。本文通过分析了保险企业人才流失的原因揭示保险企业人力资源管理的问题,并探讨了相关管理对策。

Abstract:With keen competition of insurance market ,the talent outflow cause serious consequences to state-owned Insurance company. Therefore the study of countermeasure in the talent outflow is of momentous current significance and strategic significance. This article mainly research reasons of the talent outflow in state-owned insurance company, reveal insurance enterprise human resources management question ,and advise corresponding solution.
