| 摘 要： | 本文选取湖北九州通集团为研究对象,采用案例研究的方法考察了其创业与快速成长过程,运用PCDO范式分析其创业要素与战略动态演进,重点分析了其成功的经营模式,最后针对调研与分析中发现的问题作了一些总结与评述,希望为民营创业企业的成长提供一定的借鉴。
