| 摘 要： | 自2004年以来,在中国持续多年的"民工潮"出现了回流现象,城市中以农民工为主要劳动力的劳动密集型企业普遍遭遇到"民工荒"问题。目前,"民工荒"这一现象又演变成了"抢工潮"并在全国不同地区上演,产生该现象的原因主要是农民工工资水平偏低、农产品价格上涨和城市消费水平不断提高等。解决"民工荒"问题,需要企业和政府相关部门的共同努力。

| Abstract: | Since 2004,the phenomenon of "shortage of farmer workers" has reappeared in China,and many labor intensive industries encounter the problem of "shortage of farmer workers".At present,the phenomenon of "shortage of farmer workers" develops into "competing for farmer workers" which takes place all over the nation.The main causes for this include the low pay for farmer workers,the rise of farm products' prices,high consumption level of cities,etc.To solve the problem,both companies and related government departments must work together with their joint efforts. |
