| 摘 要： | 在信息时代，数字图书馆建设已成为全世界图书馆的一种发展趋势。我国在数字图书馆建设方面还存在着资金投入不足、信息资源建设缺乏标准和规范、人员素质偏低、立法滞后等问题，这些问题在不同程度上制约了数字图书馆建设，必须加以完善。

Hindering the development of digital libraries, the problems should be solved. |
