| Abstract: | As China joins the WTO,the small & medium-sized enterprises in the western areas are faced up with mone severe challenges from both domestic and international markets.E-commerce seems a good way for them to promote their competitive power.The paper proposes some measures to accelevate the e-commerce application in those enterprises such as low-cost ASP mode.VPN and short message on mobile phone,etc. |
