基于单目机器视觉的耐火砖检测技术

摘    要:耐火砖的检测以往需要在艰苦的环境下采用手工操作来完成。对传统的检测方法进行改进,将单目视觉检测技术和图像处理技术应用于耐火砖的尺寸测量。先用高分辨率的摄像机采集耐火砖的图像,再对图像进行边缘提取、连接、分割与拟合计算,提取出砖块图像的特征信息,最后根据目标平面和图像平面间的映射关系精确地计算出耐火砖的长度和宽度。实验结果表明,该测量系统结构简单、性能稳定,能够快速准确的对耐火砖实现尺寸测量。

Abstract:The detection of firebrick usually requires manual operation under rough environment. Monocular vision detection technology and image processing technique are applied in measuring the size of firebricks instead of the traditional detection methods. At first, gathering the image of firebrick by a high resolution camera, then extracting the image edge, connecting, segmenting and fitting calculation, the characteristic information of the brick image can be extracted. Finally, the length and the width of the firebrick can be calculated accurately according to the mapping relationship between the object plane and the imaging plane. The experimental results show that the measurement system has the advantages of simple structure and stable performance. It can implement the size measurement for the firebrick rapidly and accurately.
