| 摘 要： | 构建我国可持续发展的服务贸易法律体系是我国加入WTO后立法工作的一项重要的内容。本文通过分析我国服务贸易法律存在的缺陷,以及加入WTO后过渡期我国有关服务贸易法律必须与《服务贸易总协定》(GATS)规范接轨的要求后,提出了如何来构建和完善我国服务贸易法律框架的可持续发展的具体原则路径。

| Abstract: | From the angel of legislation,China' lawmaking of service trade lags far behind its practice.Since we entering into WTO,complete system in this research field has not yet shaped.Like other WTO members,China has to open her service industry and perform international service trade in accordance with the new multi-lateral regulations.Having analyzed the opening siuation of our country's service trade,we find that there not only exist some problems in the legislation of the service trade,but also exist a great gap when compared with the GATS.Therefore,we have to establish the sustaining law system of service trade. |
