FDI与区域经济制度变迁的相关性分析

外商直接投资 (Foreigndirectinvest ,简称FDI)与制度变迁之间存在良性的互动关系。FDI在地区分布上的不平衡是导致我国区域制度变迁非均衡发展的重要因素 ,而我国区域制度变迁的非均衡发展 ,又进一步加深了FDI区位分布上的非均衡。中西部地区只有通过制度创新 ,改善投资环境 ,吸引FDI ,进而以FDI带动制度变迁 ,才能摆脱制度变迁滞后与FDI流失的困境 ,实现制度变迁与FDI相互推动、相互促进的良性循环。

An Analysis of the Correlation between FDI and Institutional Changes of Regional Economy

There should exist a virtuous interaction between FDI (foreign direct investment) and institutional changes. The unbalanced distribution of FDI in China is an important contributing factor for the unbalanced development of the regional institutional changes, while this unbalanced development, in turn, intensifies the unbalanced distribution of FDI. The middle and west regions should, through innovating their institutions, improve the investing environment to draw FDI, and thereby to promote institutional changes. Only by so doing can they be lifted out of the lag of institutional changes and the leaks of FDI, so as to realize a virtuous cycle of mutual impetus.
