| 摘 要： | 我国经济法理论的产生和发展深刻地受着经济改革进程的影响.在改革的起步阶段,我国的大经济法理论产生.在经济体制改革时期,大经济法理论有所限制.在建立社会主义市场经济体制阶段,我国的市场经济法产生并得到发展,与此对应,市场经济法理论产生.
