| 摘 要： | 作为金融机构的重要一员,财务公司在企业集团资金融通方面发挥越来越大的作用。然而,由于制度不健全及金融市场发育不足等原因,财务公司运作过程中存在市场风险、信用风险等,其中信用风险又是最主要的风险。研究财务公司信用风险对财务公司的良性运作意义重大。

| Abstract: | As an important player in financial organizations,financial companies play an increasing bigger role in fund accommodation.However,due to the imperfections in financial system and insufficient development of financial market,financial companies face multi-risk in market and credit,among which the latter is the major one.The study of credit risk has a significant bearing on financial companies. |
