| Abstract: | Engineering cost control is an important means to save funds of owners and improve efficiency. The article analyzes the common problems in engineering cost and the key factors to control it, and sets forth the measures at the processes of decision, design, bidding, contract management, construction settlement and completion settlement of the construction, which are meaningful to control the engineering costs within quotas. |
