建立矿产资源规划管理信息系统是加强矿产资源规划管理工作 ,提高规划决策和实施管理水平的重要措施。本文从系统建设内容、建设原则、系统数据库设计、系统软件开发等方面阐述了省级矿产资源规划管理信息系统的建设思路 ,并提出了矿产资源规划管理信息系统技术框架及功能结构和矿产资源规划管理信息系统网络结构 ,以及系统应用实现途径等。
