| 摘 要： | 本文探讨并评论了英国政府促进社会企业发展的政策,包括通过法律明确社会企业法律地位,成立专门管理部门,推行"社会企业战略",实施"社会企业行动计划"以及制定积极优惠的税收框架等措施,并在此基础上探讨了对我国的启示与借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The article discusses the main strategies of U.K. social enterprise development, including making special laws to define the legal status of social enterprise, establishing specific administration section, implementing ＂Social Enterprise Strategy＂ and ＂Social Enterprise Action Plan ＂ and making favorable tax system. Furthermore, the article suggests that we should draw lessons from the U.K. policy from five aspects to promote the development of social enterprise in China. |
