| 摘 要： | 作为社会结构的重要组成部分，利益集团的协调发展是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要推动力量。但是，利益集团在发展过程中存在的矛盾和问题，严重制约着其应有的社会进步功能。必须从利益集团自身因素和社会因素两个方面采取相应的对策，引导利益集团的协调发展。

| Abstract: | As an important part of the social framework, the coordinated development of interest groups is an important driving force for building a socialist harmonious society. However, the contradictions and problems during the course of interest groups development seriously impede their function of promoting social progress. We must take corresponding measures to guide the coordinated development of interest groups from two respects - interest groups themselves and social factors. |
