摘    要:文章描述了高职创意营销人才需求矛盾出现的背景,分析了高职市场营销专业的人才培养模式上存在的问题和原因,并提出从教师、学生和课程体系等角度完善高职市场营销专业人才培养模式的构想。

Abstract:This paper described the background of the need contradiction of higher vocational education originality marketing talent,analyzed the problem and reason in the talent training mode of marketing professional of the higher vocational college,and raised the conceiving of the originality marketing talent training mode in higher vocational education,which improving from teacher,student and course system aspect.
