企业人才退出机制的构建

摘    要:人才退出机制是企业人力资源战略的重要组成部分.我国的许多企业没有建立完善的人才退出机制,影响着人才积极性的发挥.人才退出机制对员工产生压力,压力产生动力.所以,人才退出机制的建立有利于人才积极性的发挥.构建人才退出机制要注重人员的考核、解聘、回聘、法律制度等问题.

Abstract:Talent quitting mechanism is an important composition of the enterprise strategy of human resources.A lot of enterprises do not establish perfect talent quitting mechanism in China,which affects the talent's initiative brought into full play.Talent quitting mechanism produces pressure,and pressure produces power.so founding talent quitting mechanism is helpful for talent initiative.Founding talent quitting mechanism will emphasize the problems of performance examine,dismission program,rehire and legal system.
