摘    要:文章对在某微型车实车正面及偏置碰撞试验中暴露的前门铰链安装点—A柱区域变形过度的问题进行分析,提出该车车身开发的优化方案,改进车身前舱局部结构在正碰及偏置碰情况下的耐撞性,总结了针对车身前舱部分结构件的一些设计要求。试验证明,结构化方案有效确保了车身满足国家法规CMVDR294对碰撞后车门可以顺利开启的要求。

The Improvement on the Collision Safety of Front Structure in a Vehicle

Abstract:Analyzing A pillar excessive distortion- the installation point of the front door hinge when a mini-car did a collision test on both its right side and its slanting side, the article proposes the optimization plan for this car invention in order to improve the impact strength of the fore-hatch structure in a vehicle under the collision in the right side and slanting collision, and also summarizes some design requirements for the fore-hatch structure in a vehicle. Based on the results of the test, this optimization plan can meet the needs of the national standard CMVDR294 that the front door can open after the crash.
