| Abstract: | This paper introduced the structure of the postdoctors＇ sex, age, major, employment status and the scientific research organization they are belonging to in Japan by investigating the Japanese postdoctoral system, then it systematically explicated the management systems and policies, etc for postdoctors, hoping that it can provide references for Chinese postdoctoral system. |
