基于知识增值过程的企业知识价值链研究

本文提出由知识获取与选择、知识加工与吸收、知识共享与转移以及知识创新与创造四个环节组成的知识增值过程，并在此基础上构建企业知识价值链。从主客体关系的角度剖析知识增值过程中的各个环节，分析这些环节的一般形式和其他形式，从而揭示企业知识价值链中，知识是如何增值以及在哪里发生增值的。并进一步探讨企业知识价值链与企业价值增值的关系，为企业的变革与发展提供一条思路。

Knowledge Value Chain Based on the Course of Knowledge Growth

This papar proposes knowledge growth process composed offourlinks. These links are knowledge acquisition & selection,knowledge processing & absorption, knowledge share & transfer and knowledge innovation & creation. Based on this knowledge growth process,it constructs the knowledge value chain. Then it anatomizes these fourlinks from the relations between subject and object, and analyzes the general manifestation and other ones. With these analysis,itreveals how and where the knowledge grow in the knowledge value chain of enterprise. Lastly it discusses the relation between the knowledge value chain and the enterprise value growth, so that to provide a kind of thought for enterprise transforming and developing.
