摘    要:由于高校扩招,大学毕业生的数量急剧增加,使得传统的基于教育水平的甄别机制失灵,取而代之的是基于工作经验的甄别机制。因此,缺乏工作经验成为大学生就业越来越难的主要原因。本文分析了这种新甄别机制产生的机理,并认为加强大学生职业化素质教育是弥补工作经验缺乏的重要途径。

Abstract:The quantity of college graduates increases very rapid, which results in the ineffectiveness of traditional education - based select mechanism. And a newly work - experience - based mechanism emerges. Nowadays, college graduates have more and more difficulty to find jobs, because they lack of work experience. The article analyses the cause, and argues that education of profession knowledge is a good means to compensate work experience.
