| 摘 要： | 诸葛亮的法治思想充分体现在立法、执法、司法和法律监督四个领域。它的形成既有时代需要又受家族遗风、荆州学派、忠君思想的影响。其适时立法、严格执法和完善法律监督机制等思想值得后人借鉴。

| Abstract: | Zhu Geliang's legal thoughts reflect in four fields: legislation,executions of law,judicature and the supervision of law.The formation of his legal thoughts is influenced by age requirements,family tradition,thoughts of Jingzhou school and loyalty to emperor.In addition,his legal thoughts on legislation timely,strict executions of law and perfecting mechanism of the supervision of law have profound positive referential value to the development of our society. |
