北部湾经济区发展过程中的地方保护主义浅析

在经济一体化和区域一体化两大经济发展潮流中,地方保护主义成为阻碍发展的一个主要因素,遏制和消除地方保护主义成为北部湾经济区内地方关系发展的必然选择。地方保护主义从表面上看是可以维护本地的利益,但是从长远来看对于区域经济的整体发展是不利的。文章在分析其表现、产生的原因和危害的基础上,探讨了北部湾经济区发展过程中的地方保护主义的消解思路。

A Brief Analysis of Local Protectionism in the Process of Development of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

In economic integration and regional integration of the two major trends in economic development,local protectionism has become a major factor to hinder the development.Containing and eliminating local protectionism are inevitable choices of local development of relations in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.On the surface,Local protectionism seems to protect local interests,but it’s detrimental in the long run for the overall development of the regional economy.Based on the analysis of the performances,the causes and hazards, this paper probe into the idea of digesting the local protectionism in the process of development of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.
