| 摘 要： | 集群企业网络具有多体化下的合作、组织问协调、超市场契约等特征，集群企业网络演化过程也就是集群不断发展过程。本文将集群发展及集群企业网络演化过程界定为集群企业网络的形成阶段和成熟阶段，分析了各阶段集群企业网络的特征及对扩散过程的影响。

| Abstract: | The cluster network has many characteristics such as working together on diversity,being in harmony among organizations,marketplace contract.Cluster network evolution process is just the cluster developing process.The article defines cluster developing and its' network evolution as the stages of formation and it maturity,analyses the clusters enterprises' network characteristics and the effect on diffusion process. |
