| 摘 要： | 以轮胎生产物流为调研对象，分析制造业生产物流存在的浪费现象及产生浪费的原因，结合制造业生产物流的作业特点，构建了一套基于精益思想的现场管理方法体系和实施层次体系，并探讨了精益现场管理的实施要求。 |
