半岛城市群与日韩产业协作区构建方略探析

打造山东半岛城市群与日韩产业协作区,必须打破行政区划限制,统筹发展规划,加强资源整合,促进生产要素自由流动;必须调整优化产业结构,培植产业发展和竞争优势;必须打造产业承接和发展载体,提高大城市的带动力,它关及“群”“区”的整体化(一体化)推进,产业优势的培植,是需要重点考虑的带有战略性的问题。

Analysis on the Strategy of Building the City Group in Shandong Peninsula and Industrial Cooperation Zone among China, Japan and Korea

To build the city group in Shandong peninsula and industrial cooperation zone among China,Japan and Korea,we must break the limitation of administrative region;give an overall consideration about the development program and strengthen the integration of resources to promote the flow of production factors;regulate and optimize the industrial structures;encourage the development of industry and cultivate the competitive advantages;make the carrier of industrial succession and development and raise the propulsion of big city.It concerns with the integration of"group" and "zone",cultivating the advantage of industry,so it is a strategic problem which should be considered seriously.
