| 摘 要： | 随着网络技术在图书馆的应用，区域图书馆文献资源共享网络在全国许多地区已成功运行，在数据库建设标准化、保护知识产权和健全信息共建共享的政策等方面不断创新观念，通过区域内图书馆的馆际协作，使文献信息资源建设的广度和深度得到合理有效的配置，并形成完整的区域文献资源保障体系，从而推动了区域经济的发展。
