| Abstract: | On the basis of the study of historical specialty development of the student affairs staff in colleges and universities in the United States,this paper not only makes an analysis of the status quo of the student affairs administrative team in the institutions of higher learning in China,but also points out its importance to develop the specialty of the student affairs staff in colleges and universities.Furthermore,this paper discusses the orientation and strategy of the specialty development of the student affairs staff in college and universities. |
