| 摘 要： | 施工企业的物资消耗往往占工程造价的50％以上，企业要取得好的经济效益，必须重视对物资的管理。加强施工企业对物资的科学管理，是保证及时供应，降低工程造价的重要环节，也是节约物耗，减少资金占用，加速资金周转，争取经济效益的关键环节。

| Abstract: | The construction enterprise＇s materials and capital consumptions covers over fifty percent of the whole cost, so the enterprise should pay attention to the materials and capital management in order to achieve a better economic benefit. To enhance the enterprise＇s scienlific management of the materials and capital is not only the key point to ensure timely supply, and to reduce an important part of the project cost, but also to save material consumption, to reduce the capital occupation, to speed the cash flow, and to achieve economic benefit. |
