| 摘 要： | 新体育新课程教学改革首先是教学观念、教学思想的转变和更新，笔者借鉴和利用现代的教学思想、教学观念，结合本院教学实际情况在教学中实行分层模式教学，提高了学生的学习积极性，达到了最佳的教学效果。

| Abstract: | New P.E course teaching reform is to change and to renew teaching concept and teaching ideology. The writer uses the modern teaching ideology and concept for reference, and combines with teaching situation in the college, and suggests implementing layered teaching, which improves students＇ studying enthusiasm, reaches the best teaching purpose. |
