| 摘 要： | 针对国有施工企业长期以来在劳动合同管理上存在的矛盾和问题，根据我国新颁布的《劳动合同法》，文章结合笔者所在公司的劳动合同管理工作，提出了解决问题的对策，推动公司的人事管理水平不断提高。
