| Abstract: | With the increasingly mature and improved construction market, the talent issues have become the key human resources management problems faced by stated-owned construction enterprises. According to the current human resources problems existing in the stated-owned construction enterprises, the article brings forward some suggestions about how to attract and keep the talent by reforming human resources management. |
