摘 要: | 随着建筑市场的日益成熟和完善,人才问题已成为国有施工企业面临的头等人力资源管理问题。本文就目前我国国有施工企业存在的人力资源问题,提出了如何通过改革人力资源管理,吸引和留住人才的几点建议。

Abstract: | With the increasingly mature and improved construction market, the talent issues have become the key human resources management problems faced by stated-owned construction enterprises. According to the current human resources problems existing in the stated-owned construction enterprises, the article brings forward some suggestions about how to attract and keep the talent by reforming human resources management. |
