仿生学视角的中小企业融资

融资对中小企业的发展起着举足轻重的作用，但我国的中小企业却普遍面临着融资难的困境。为了解决这一难题，文章首先分析我国中小企业融资难的现状，然后从仿生学的角度展开研究，指出了金融生态系统中阻碍中小企业融资的三大限制，即金融服务体系不健全、信息不对称、中小企业自身限制；并提出通过建立完善的金融服务体系、设计有效的信息传递机制、提高中小企业自身素质来建立完善的金融生态系统是解决中小企业融资难的有效手段。

Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Financing from Bionics Angle

Financing plays an important role in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, but small and medium-sized enterprises in China are generally facing financing difficulty. In order to solve this problem, this article first analyzes the difficult situation of small and medium-sized enterprises financing in China, then launches the research from the bionics angle, pointing out the three main limits in the financial ecosystem which hinder the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, namely the imperfection of financial service system, bank-enterprise information asymmetry and small and medium-sized enterprise＇ s own defects. Besides, this article proposes that to establish a perfect financial ecosystem through the establishment of a perfect fmancial service system, the design of an effective information transmission mechanism and the improvement of small and medium-sized enterprise is an efficient way to solve the problem of financing difficulty.
