| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来，全球大型建筑承包商为走出建筑业发展的低谷，纷纷结合具体的建筑市场调整经营策略。并形成了相对一致的发展战略。本论述了全球大型承包商的总体经营状况，分析了企业得以生存的健康发展的关键因素，并展望了未来的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Since 1990, to walk out of the wane of construction industry, the global large contractors adjusted operation strategies based on construction market so that a convergent developing strategycomes into being. This paper presents the total running situation of global large contractors andanalyzes the critical factors of the enterprises survival and healthy development. Then, the developing trend is prospected. |
