改革开放30年来,我国宏观调控经历了从以直接的行政调控手段为主到建立起较为完善的宏观调控体系的发展演变过程。30年的宏观调控历程取得了一些成功的经验,也为我们提供了一些重要的启示。从体制基础、发展现状、微观基础、外部环境四个方面分析了目前宏观调控面临的复杂形势,并以此为依据提出了完善宏观调控体系的政策建议。
