| 摘 要： | 西沙群岛拥有丰富独特的旅游资源。尽快落实西沙旅游开发建设有利于维护国家主权,保护西沙生态群岛环境,促进海南国际旅游岛建设。西沙旅游开发建设应遵循"一个中心,两个原则"。一个中心即以永兴岛建设为中心,以点带面;两个原则即生态保护原则和独特性原则。

| Abstract: | Xisha Islands are rich of tourism resources.Sea tourism development and construction as soon as possible is conducive to safeguard national sovereignty,to protect ecological islands sea environment,and promote are international tourism construction in Hainan Island.Sea tourism development and construction should follow theone center,two principles.Taking the building of Yongxing island as the center,then to an area,and two proinciples are ecological principle and the principle of uniqueness. |
